Application Deposit Refund Policy

Q: Am I eligible for a refund?

A: If for any reason the home loan application credited with the $500.00 Application Deposit does not close and disburse, deposit funds received will be utilized to pay any third-party services (Appraisal, Credit Report, Flood Letter or Verifications) throughout the course of the Underwriting process. Any costs incurred above $500.00 will not be charged to you.  Any amount not used, will be refunded to you.  Invoices to be provided upon request.

 

Q: How much am I eligible to receive?

A: Any amount up to the $500.00 Deposit received that was not utilized to pay applicable third-party services (Appraisal, Credit Report, Flood Letter or Verifications) throughout the course of the Underwriting process.

 

Q: When would I receive my refund?

A: Upon completion of Loan Application Adverse Process and/or written notification of cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed within 7 business days. 

 

Q: How will I receive my refund?

A: Any applicable refund per the defined terms will be returned to the original method of payment.
